Insyde and KingTiger Strategic Partnership – Press Conference on June 3, 2016
Founded in 1998 by PCT Chairman Jeremy Wang and former SystemSoft EVP Jonathan Joseph, Insyde began its journey by acquiring SystemSoft’s BIOS division. The company went public on January 23, 2003, under the ticker 6231.TW.
Headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, Insyde operates major U.S. offices in Massachusetts and Oregon, with additional offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Kunshan, Taichung, and Tokyo. The company’s flagship product, InsydeH20, is a leading UEFI technology that bridges hardware and operating systems, making Insyde a prominent provider of systems manageability and solutions for apps, cloud, and OS environments.
